The HIIT Trainer

Hi, I am Jason, 50 years of age, just your normal type of bloke working hard to make a difference for myself and others, sharing full workouts for you to do at home at your own pace. I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach at The Inverell HIIT Club (Facebook) with over 20 years of experience helping people of all ages, weight ranges, and different abilities, from the unfit to the super fit, both males and females. Specialising in HIIT Training (High-Intensity Interval Training), I use my experience and knowledge to help others achieve and exceed their goals so that they feel much better about themselves for work and play. I am certified in Cert. 3 & 4 Fitness, I am a HIIT coach, Injury prevention and rehabilitation coach, certified in Nutrition.
